"Fantastic gear at awesome prices with solid advice"
For the past decade, I've been purchasing refurbished tech from Morgan Computers, and they've always come through for me. I've saved a ton of cash! Their selection of gear is impressive, and the customer service is top-notch—they ship orders promptly and package them well. If anything goes wrong, they handle it swiftly.

These folks really know their stuff. My most recent buy was a refurbished high-end PC and monitor for my indoor cycling app. I told Darren in Sales what I needed, and he did his homework, coming back with a great suggestion. It runs like a charm! I ended up spending under £700 for a professional setup featuring an I7 processor, 16GB of RAM, a high-end Geforce graphics card, and a 27" HD monitor.

"Total DISASTER!! Sold us a faulty device and now they won’t take it back!?"
What a total DISASTER!!! We got an "A1 refurb" laptop that they took two weeks to ship, then they said they sent an email about the address, but we never got it and they couldn’t resend it when we asked. After finally reaching them, they said they "resolved the issue," but this isn’t a grade A1 refurb - it’s unreliable. The keyboard acts up sometimes and the power cable is messed up! They promised to handle a return but sent us iPhone reset steps when we’re trying to send back a MacBook, and they didn’t see the problem when we pointed it out. Their DPD collection never showed up and claimed there was “nothing to collect,” which is a total lie, and they only updated that at 18:40, saying the driver tried at 3pm (my husband was home all day and no one knocked or talked to us!!) so we’re still stuck with this faulty laptop! They also mentioned their engineers need to check it before sending a replacement, but they can’t say how long that’ll take - why? Your “engineers” already approved a laptop with multiple keyboard issues and a broken power cable! I don’t want another faulty one - just send us a working one and give us a timeline for your “checks.” I get that DPD isn’t on you, but everything else sure is, and I’m not feeling confident it’ll get sorted anytime soon!! Please take back your faulty device and send us one that actually works!! I’m at the point where I’m ready to never shop with you again, and if this keeps up, we’ll be heading to the bank to dispute the charge. We didn’t receive a grade A1 device - we got one that doesn’t work and we don’t want, but your courier didn’t even bother to pick it up!! Please fix this!!!!

"Terrible experience with Morgan Computers..."
This week, I had a really bad experience with Morgan Computers. They sent a big piece of computer gear in a super flimsy cardboard box. There was hardly any protective stuff inside, which meant the equipment was loose and could shift around during shipping. Of course, it showed up damaged!

Now, Morgan Computers wants me to find some "suitable packaging" to send it back before they'll even think about giving me a refund. They've set up a courier for tomorrow between 09.00 and 17.00 (without checking if I'm free!) to pick it up, and by then, I'm supposed to have figured out how to package it properly and print labels.

Morgan Computers: just awful service! I won't be buying from them again.

As of today, Morgan Computers has lost a loyal customer.

22/12/2022: The reply from Morgan Computers on Trust Pilot shows they won't own up to their mistakes and the poor packaging of a delicate item - they're just trying to pin the blame on the courier! What a shame!!!

Morgan Computers used to be a decent company to deal with - now they're just careless, irresponsible, and always looking to shift the blame.

"Replacement Battery for HP Elitebook 6930P and Probook 6730"
I called up to get a new battery for my laptop after seeing a message that it wasn’t holding a charge anymore. Three years back, I had purchased a refurbished laptop from them and was really pleased with it, so I reached out for advice and a potential replacement. They checked their stock but didn’t have what I needed for my model and mentioned they’d have to order it. They provided me with the details, including the cost, and since I was okay with that, I placed the order. This was on Tuesday, October 25th, and they let me know it might take until the end of the following week at least before it arrived, given that they had to order it first. I just hoped my battery would hold out until then.

It showed up the next Monday, October 31st! They clearly did their utmost to get it to me quicker. The packaging was great, just like all the other stuff I’ve received from them over the past three years, and it was in perfect shape.

The improvement in my computer’s speed and how long the battery lasts when unplugged is really noticeable.

Top-notch service: knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly as always.

Had another awesome time with Morgan Computers (big thanks to Adam for his top-notch customer service in sorting out a small hiccup with my order). I picked up a laptop that was in excellent shape, arrived super fast, and at a great price - honestly, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my tech!

I got myself a refurbished Dell PC while the first UK lockdown was happening, setting up my new home office. It runs like a dream, super happy with it! I can totally vouch for this company and their stuff.

"Shop with Trust at MorganComputers"
For almost five years, I've been getting my stuff from MorganComputers, and I gotta say, their service has been top-notch. The products match the descriptions perfectly, and if you have questions before buying, their customer service is solid—they really know their stuff and are super helpful. Delivery? Can't complain, everything arrives well packaged. I've only had to reach out to customer service a couple of times after my purchases. Once, I didn’t realize I needed an extra add-on, but they cleared that up for me over the phone and got it to me fast. The other time, there was an issue with a product (not their fault), and they fixed it right away, no hassle. Seriously, you can shop here with total confidence.
